Roles and Responsibilities
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Ensure regional and country transformation effort alignment with global transformation strategy, including deployment, monitor the progress, and provide timely status update to broader project team. • Perform process analysis activities to define process transition scope and approach, including knowledge transfer, interaction analyses and summaries, and documentation strategy • Ensure alignment of documentation effort with global documentation strategy, oversee regional and country documentation development, deployment and monitor the progress. In addition, serve as the first point of review. • Pro-actively collaborate with leaders and process experts to define business specific process requirements and support the development and implementation of its structure in the organization, promoting best practices and drive consistency across functions and regions. • Develop and execute trainings for transitioning activities and change control approved processes. • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. • Other duties as assigned
