Role : Data Engineer
Exp : 5+ years of experience with skills in Cloud Platform – GCP, Big Query, SQL & Python.
Education : Graduate or Post Graduate
Notice Period : ASAP or 1 Month
Location : Remote / Hybrid, Hyderabad
Job Description :
– Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture
– 4-10 years of professional work experience with at least 4 years working on Big Data and Data Engineering.
– Strong coding skills in Python.
– Strong knowledge of advanced SQL, data warehousing concepts, DataMart designing.
– Experience designing, implementing, and supporting highly scalable data warehouse solutions.
– Experience with Distributed Versioning Control environments such as GIT, Azure DevOps
– Building Docker images and fetch/promote and deploy to Production. Integrated Docker container orchestration framework using Kubernetes by creating pods, config Maps, deployments using terraform.
– Should be able to perform data-related tasks and analysis in Google cloud DW; GCP certification is preferred.
– Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Airflow, Dataflow, Dataproc, etc. Working experience in GCP
– Experience in Migration projects.
– Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements
– Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications
– Performance testing with huge volume of data
– Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
– Translate their explicit and implicit requirements into optimal, scalable, high-performance Cloud DW solution.
– Good to have experience in reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI.
