Job Detail:
- Acting as the key interface between the Business and the Development team
- Gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.
- Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Performing quality assurance
- Defining reporting and alerting requirements
- Perform research and support Business to refine the requirements to meet the outcome
- Create User Stories, BRD, FRS, User Manual kind of documents
Required Candidate profile
- Passionate about the role to communicate with multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
- Has the zeal to make it happen
- Flexible with timings to meet customer demands
- Excellent Communication Skills – Verbal and Written
