Job Description
- Enterprise application Enterprise application L3 support role to Manage the offshoreonsite team as well
- Must have tech skills – Kubeflow/Airflow, Machine Learning, Vertex AI, TensorFlow, Terraform, Python Scripting, Stack Driver alert & monitor, Linux OS (bash & terminal)
- Excellent communication skills, writing skills
- Min 3 yrs. of experience in maintaining Data Science and ML projects in GCP
- Should have hands on experience in dealing with customer issues, which can be addressing user-error, handling support tickets and if required escalate defects to Google Cloud team
- Updating configs to address new security items, and creating scripts to audit the environment to make sure users and the projects are following standards
Troubleshooting skills & support are required
