Job Location: Noida, Ahmedabad, Mumbai (All Areas)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyse and review information from error dashboards, volume reports, monthly performance dashboards, Overtime data etc.
- Perform RCA and suggest corrective actions and remedies to operational teams
- Drafting policies, SOPs and other email templates
- Ensure compliance of internal policies and reporting requirements by Operations team
- Design and implement reporting templates for data collection
- Collect information from operational managers and various stakeholders (internal and external) and preparing regular / ad-hoc MIS reports for management
- Liaising & follow ups with AVPs, operational managers, support team members etc. for data requirements
- Driving important meetings which involves Senior Leadership Team of division
- Managing and Supporting internal projects
- Creating summarized and elegant presentations based on requirements of stakeholders
- Assist other support divisions such as Training, Recruitment, and Business Development on need basis

- Good analytical and visualization skills
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Having knowledge and work experience of accountancy
- Good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
