Job Detail:
QualApps is looking for a Business Analyst for one of its Public Sector clients (govt entity) based in Sacramento, California. The candidate should have the following skills/experience.
1. Minimum of two (2) years of experience eliciting, documenting, analyzing, communicating, and verifying requirements.
2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience acting as liaison between business stakeholders, such as management, customers or end users, and the software development or information technology team.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of experience analyzing and communicating stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into solution requirements.
4. Minimum of three (3) years of experience using business modeling, testing and data models to improve the flow of information through an organization to enhance project success.
5. Minimum of one (1) year of experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying areas for process improvement.
6. Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
7. Minimum of two (2) years of experience gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing ad hoc reports as required.
8. Minimum of two (2) years of experience updating and maintaining procedures and process documentation.
9. Minimum of two (2) years of experience monitoring analysis deliverables and ensuring timely completion and delivery of project artifacts.
10. Minimum of two (2) years of experience working on information technology (IT) projects in support of governmental agencies.
11. Possession of current *certification in business analysis (i.e., CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CPRE, or other equivalent industry certification).
12. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working on IT projects where Microsoft Power Platform was utilized.
