Roles and Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for doing research and mapping for senior mid level roles in Education Domain. The vertical caters to clients in Non Profit, K12 and Higher education i.e universities etc
• Target research from social media, Organization websites, linked in, job portals, Google etc
• Identifying and screening candidates, conducting telephonic interviews.
• Collecting Bio s and other details from candidates.
• Maintaining MIS on Organization Mapping and research & preparing reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

candidate who can scout resumes outside normal databases i.e google, company website etc, Handled senior searches and varied mandates across functions. The candidate understands mapping and has done it for a senior search in her last/ present assignment etc.
