Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on excel Ppts and good at using the formulas to analyses the productivities and other MIS reports. Rolls And Responsibilities • Preparing daily & Weekly Performance reports. • Strong knowledge of preparing the KPIs, SLA reports Daily Productivity reports. • Comfortable presenting data through ppts to internal and external stakeholder. • Strong knowledge of excel formulas and short keys. • Ability to handle all adohc reports required by the business. • Responsible to analyses data deeply and escalate wherever necessary. • Ability to build rapport in diverse workforce in a multicultural setting.
