Technical Skills (Must Have):-
- Maximum 4+ years of experience in Java (Must have)
- Minimum years of experience in Big Data technologies- Hive, Oozie, Performance Tuning of queries (Must have)
- Proficient on SQL queries (Must have)
- Any Enterprise Scheduler such as Tidal
- API handling (GET/POST) is good to have
- Sound experience in both Development and Production support work
- Should be a Team player and proactive in status reporting
- Should have excellent comm skill
Role and Responsibilities
- Support and delivery of assigned project work.
- Pro-active detection and timely escalation of any issues.
- Driving root cause analysis and resolution to closure.
- Identification and driving of related service quality improvements and engineering deliverables.
- Escalation as necessary to secure assistance and technical guidance from other Technology teams to resolve support issues
