Job Description & Summary

Position Requirements:

Must Have :

• Experience in design, develop, validate and deploy the ETL and DQ processes using Snaplogic integration tool.
  

• Should be able to work with JSON responses from snaps, splitting the JSON documents to obtain structured data.
  

• Should be comfortable with all three interfaces in Snaplogic – Designer, Manager and Dashboard.
  

• Should be comfortable while working with various API calls using Snaplogic.
  

• Should be comfortable while working with Binary to Document and Document to Binary conversion Snaps.
  

• Should have a good understanding of all the data manipulation snaps, for example, Filter, CSV Formatter, JSON Splitter, JSON Formatter, CSV parser, Group By N, Group by Fields, Union, Unique, Mapper etc.
  

• Should be comfortable with using Bulk Load snaps along with the knowledge to implement various SCD types on Snaplogic.
  

• Should be able to design performance friendly pipelines, while parameterizing wherever necessary.
  

• Should have good understanding of Data Quality processes, methods and project lifecycle.
  

• Experience validating the ETL and writing SQL queries
  

• Strong knowledge in DWH concepts
  

• Good in Unix Shell Scripting skills
  

• Should have clear understanding of DW Lifecycle and contributed in preparing technical design documents and test plans
  

• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
  

• Good communication and presentation skills
  

Desired Knowledge / Skills:

• Experience / Knowledge on other ETL tools like Informatica PC, ODI, Datastage
  

• Cloud data technologies, Data Lake, Big Data, Snowflake DB (Cloud)
  

• Worked in Offshore / Onsite Engagements
