AS PART OF THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM, YOUR ROLE WOULD BE TO:
- Work closely with the end-user to identify solutions to issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with all necessary parties in the design and development of innovative technological solutions.
- Facilitate communication between the development team and stakeholders.
- Apply business knowledge and workflow skills to suggest and implement procedural enhancements company-wide.
- Operate as Product Owner within an Agile/Scrum environment
- Manage and groom product backlogs
WHY YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) in a team environment
- Quick learner
- Motivated self-starter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand complex business rules with a critical eye for detail and organization
- Proven experience collecting business requirements and constructing technological solutions
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Experience working with third party vendors and leading integrations preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
