– The candidate will be responsible for developing predictive models using wide range of data sources (both structured and unstructured)

• The ideal candidate would be adept at understanding customer’s business challenges and define appropriate analytics approach

• Candidate should possess good communication and can communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, both technical and business

• Ability to accurately comprehend business requirements and being able to translate technical results into easily understood business outcomes

• He / She would be responsible for creating Presentations, reports etc to present the analysis findings

• Planning & managing workflow (for ongoing and ad-hoc assignments), turn-around time, SLAs, and productivity

• Monitoring of SOPs against output quality to ensure that they are updated at all times

• Undertaking quality control of completed work by reviewing outputs against pre-defined criteria

• Working with the team and providing continuous insights on the process/techniques

• Impart training (presentations, theoretical and practical tests) and handle queries of team

• Exceptional attention to detail and output oriented, analysis skills, Problem solving skills, Team management

• Minimum work experience of 3+ years

Technical Experience :

Must Have :

• Hands on experience in developing models (end to end)

• Ideal candidate should have hands on experience using Machine Learning techniques like Clustering, Logistic regression, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting Machine, SVM, Deep learning etc.

• Good knowledge of model development/data wrangling experience using R & Python

– Tools experience – R (mandatory), Python (mandatory), ETL, Power BI(Mandatory)

Qualifications

– UG – B.Tech/B.E – Computers, BA Statistics, Maths, B.sc Maths, Statistics

– PG- M.Sc statistics

• 3+ years of experience working in Data science/Analytic

Additional information :

• Knowledge about ETL tool(Pentaho/ Informatica etc) is an added advantage

• Knowledge about Database (SQL, MYSQL etc) is a must

• Knowledge about reporting tool like Power BI , tableau is an added advantage
