- Managing project scheduling and budgeting
- Detailed site evaluation and site inspection to prepare for site selection
- Directing, managing and monitoring Data Center projects from start to finish
- Ensuring change management processes are observed
- Resolving project issues and assessing risks
- Reporting progress and results to all relevant stakeholders
- Effective handling of Customer/User/Technical Escalations.
- Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SLA and Availability as per the RFP.
- Troubleshoot High Severity incidents, problem &; provide proper RCA for all incidents.
- Based on RCA preparing Knowledge database and strengthen proactive monitoring to avoid such Incident proactively.
- Root cause analysis and Preventive maintenance.
- Participate in Change management , assess Risk and Impact and implementation plan.
- Mentor & Hand First line support for all domains and enhance their performance.
- Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating new Technology & Tools for teams
- MIS customer report preparation on technology part.
- Drive OEM for the escalated tickets.
- Driving Technical Knowledge Transfers & awareness session on best practices for teams.
- Supporting Organization operational Goals without penalties.
- Supporting Organization on adhering to ISO process.
- Adhere and ensure the team adhere to all the policy and processes defined in client location.
