We are looking for a Data Analyst with experience in highly analytical approach with a knack for analysis, math and statistics. We also want to see a passion for machine-learning and research. Your goal will be to help our company analyze trends to make better decisions.
Your KRAs will include the following:
• Develop clear and concise analytical approach for problem solving with client partnership.
• Building models to predict risk and other key metrics.
• Coming up with data driven solutions to control risk.
• Finding opportunities to acquire more customers by modifying/optimizing existing rules.
• Doing periodic upgrades of the underwriting strategy based on business requirements.
• Predictive Analytics – Machine Learning Algorithms, Logistics & Linear Regression, Decision Tree, Clustering.
• Exploratory Data Analysis – Data Preparation, Data Exploration, and Data Visualization.
• Developing and enhancing algorithms and models to solve a business problem.
• Maintaining all models along with the development and updating of code and process documentation.
• Designing data science solution approaches to unstructured problems, conducting quantitative analysis, and interpreting results.
• Proficient in Structured programming language is a must – such as R, Python is mandatory.
• Strong SQL, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Data science approaches, machine learning algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Devising creative analytical approaches to solve business problems.
• Developing and enhancing algorithms and models to solve business problem.
• Maintaining all models along with development and updating of code and process documentation.
• Designing data science solution approaches to unstructured problems, conducting quantitative analyses and interpreting results.
YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
• Should have strong technical skills, including the following:
a) Structured programming language is a must – such as R, python is mandatory.
b) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong SQL.
c) Maintaining all models along with the development and updating of code and
process documentation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with machine learning, analytic consulting,
product development.
• Experience in building predictive models (Application Score Card, Behavior Score Card, Collection Score Card, Loan Pricing, Loss Forecasting, Cross Sell Model) – Develop and Maintain Credit Risk Models & Strategies.
