Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the existing Business Process & goals. Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Analyse and interpret data for business and operational initiatives
- Identify short and long term business strategies through analytics
- Communicate with senior people in organisations to find out what they hope to achieve, formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems. Plan and Monitor new strategies
- Analyse commercial data such as budgets and forecasts
- Estimate costs and identify business savings.
- Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Main areas of Focus include collaboration, use case analysis, and prototype creation
- Support business transition and help to establish change
Run workshops and training sessions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Looking for candidate with 7+ Years of total professional IT experience and 5+ years Business Analytics experience.
- Experience in working in Oil & Gas companies (desirable)
- Experience working with multinational, multi-cultural teams (desirable).
- Looking for candidate with Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain Effective Client /Stakeholder relationship
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Good Leadership and management skills
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility.
- Ability to successfully navigate and operate in a multinational, multicultural environment.
- Ability to document and communicate complex concepts in a user-friendly and audience-appropriate fashion, to all levels of the organization from line level, to management and executive teams.
- Excellent and confident Presentation skills
- Certification in IIBACBAP (Desirable)
