• Partner with audit teams to help and develop innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effective of audit testing.
• Build production ready analytical tools to automate repeatable and reusable Internal Audit process.
• Present insights in an easy to interpret way to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem solver with analytical thinking and ability to apply root cause analysis.
• Use technology to deliver analytical insights and have a willingness to experiment and try new techniques.
• Can easily adapt between working independently or collaboratively on a team.
• Build and manage relationship and communications with Audit team members.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Degree in B-tech (Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields).
• Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R etc.
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools and techniques and visualization tools.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate what is relevant and important in a clear and concise manner.
