T3/T4 – Data Analytics (Job Description)

• 3+ experience years in Data/Advanced Analytics field
• Must have worked on SAS or Python tools
• Background in Advanced Analytics – machine learning, Deep Learning, decision sciences
• Graduate /master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, operations research
• Role is individual contributor

• Work with the business teams to build analytics solution for problems in business area
• Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
• Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
• Present information using data visualization techniques
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams
• Solid oral and written communication skills, especially around analytical concepts, and methods.
• Great work ethic and intellectual curiosity.

• Ability to do analytics using advanced quantitative methods – Regression (Multiple/linear/logistic), Decision Tree, Clustering and Segmentation, NLP, Advanced OCR, Machine Learning, Deep Learning etc
• Familiarity with programming for data analysis; ideally Python, SQL, or SAS.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of any relational database such as My SQL, Oracle, DB2 etc
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Minimum 15 years of formal education- Graduate /master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, operations research
