Requirements

• Previous experience managing and leading global delivery teams of 2 years plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational skills and experience of using tools such as Service Now is desirable but not essential
• Exceptionally strong customer service skills and experience
• Previous experience administering, supporting or configuring Workday systems is desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience of working in a Human Capital or Finance role is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for technology and developing your career as a technologist
• Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Degree qualification (preferably STEM subject) or equivalent or demonstrable technology industry experience. (this could have come from work experience eg. internships, placement years etc)
• Good working knowledge of software support & operational processes (ITIL, ISO, etc) desirable but not essential
• As a support function our staff are required to work flexibly (including flexible start and finish times) in line with the requirements of the business
• Commitment to working flexibly, if required, shift patterns & on call will be required.
• Weekends and bank holidays work is required.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office and/or GSuite, in particular strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
