Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Data Science field

Job Description: The incumbent will be part of training team and will report to training Manager. He/she will be an individual contributor working on training batch and creating training documents. The incumbent will have the opportunity to be part of industrial projects and travel abroad for project or training purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

Training related:

• Preparing the training plan

• Creating a training presentation for the presenter

• Creating a training handout in a PDF format

• Creating MCQ questions

• Creating projects

• Developing training videos

• Developing training intro videos

• Updating training materials

• Finalizing training PPT, training document and training video template.

Batch management:

• Planning training session timing

• Conducting online or classroom training

• Gauging performance and giving feedback to trainees regularly.

• Providing online and physical certification after the completion of the batch

• Handling trainees’ questions and counselling (After a trainee joins the batch)

• Tracking attendance of the trainee

eLearn Portal related:

• eLearn portal training content creation

• Updating eLearn portal training details

• Administration of eLearn portal

• Feedback and addition of features in the eLearn portal

Other responsibility:

• Helping webinar forum

• Supporting promotion videos

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00₹70,000.00 per month
