Position: Data & BI analyst
Role: Prashaste Data analyst and BI expert form the epicenter of our dynamic organization. They find and analyze critical information, diagnose client issues and lead client teams in implementing change & setting benchmarks. In short, life as a Analyst is most exciting at our organization. They benefit the most from our five dimensional consulting and learning interventions and acquire operational, financial, consulting, communication and leadership skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate Engineer (any specialization) from IIT/NIT/BIT/JADAVPUR/DCE/Tier-1 Colleges.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience post Engineering preferably in BI and data anlytics
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full lifecycle of an analytics or BI project: from gathering and understanding the end-user needs for creating the functional design, architecting the solution, supervising the detailed solution design and implementation.
- Executing and reviewing assessment activities and maturity diagnostics on the analytics capability of a client (organization and processes, added-value analysis, application adequacy, understanding of the client ERP and DMS systems.
- Participating in the development of strategies, operating models (i.e. organizations & processes) , roadmap & business cases for Analytics & BI solutions.
