Job Location: Noida
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop a deep understanding of the applications and perform root cause analysis and problem resolution.
– Work with the business stakeholders, and document issues and bugs that emerge.
– Coordinate with partners and vendors in resolving issues.
– Escalate high priority and critical issues to the management.
– Perform testing of the applications and provide training.
– Perform data analysis.
Educational Qualifications and Experience required :
– 5-6 years of experience in Application Management and support
– High proficiency in PL/SQL and Excel required.
– Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.
– Experience in the education domain will be given preference.
