Job Location: Mumbai
We’re looking to strengthen our delivery team and add Service Delivery Managers adept in successfully delivering on analytics projects across industries and business functions. Ideal candidate must have 8+ years of experience with at least 4 years of leading/managing teams and demonstrated delivery of turnaround projects in data science & analytics.
Experience
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience with at least 4 years in delivery management role
• Should have managed team ranging from 10 to 20 people in analytics delivery
• Experience in delivering value added solution in at least two functional areas from Customer analytics, marketing analytics, pricing analytics, retail analytics, supply chain analytics and competitive analysis
• Demonstrated experience in at least three from the following solution areas; customer targeting, forecasting solutions, price optimization, assortment optimization, content optimization, sales optimization, customer experience optimization, voice of customer analysis & insights
• Experience in managing international clientele or having played deputation roles on-shore will be an added advantage
• Experience in solution design, proposal development, RFP submissions will be an added advantage
• Excellent academic record with a national Tier 1 institution [or its equivalent overseas] with bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / engineering along with an MBA from a national Tier 1 institution [or its equivalent]
