Piper Companies is seeking a Remote Python Developer will deliver Image Signing clients to securely sign software with cryptographic assurance & attribution following the Image Signing architecture. The Remote Python Developer will design, develop, modify, and debug signing client code using python/pytest, Go, or bash.
Responsibilities of the Remote Python Developer Analyst include:
- Responsible for customer support,
- Responsible for developing and updating our virtualization environment and automated testing.
- Highly motivated and eager to affect meaningful impact, and to develop new skills.
- innovation & learning you are comfortable diving into business & technical subjects outside of your comfort zone
Requirements of the Remote Python Developer include:
- Most have U.S. Citizenship
- B.S in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or EE
- 1-3 Years of Software Development or Test experience using Python and Pytest.
- Proficiency in one or more secondary programming languages, C, GO or Bash.
- Experience with Linux (primary) and Windows (secondary)
- Knowledge with Openstack (preferred), CI/CD pipelines, GitHub and Jenkins.
Compensation for the Remote Python Developer:
- Salary Range: $100,000 -$145,000 plus bonus
