Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:

A Quality Analyst will closely work with the Product Management Team and provide their expertise in improving the product’s overall functionality & efficiency. She/He will be strongly accountable & responsible for the product’s improvement by developing and implementing a series of test cases, both manual & automated.

What will you do?

• Monitor quality parameters and constantly work towards improving it

• Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets and churning out the areas of improvement/issues in the product

• Developing test cases, manual and automated

• Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the product created by developers is fit for purpose

• To find bugs and issues within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users

• Providing regular reports to the management on product performance and customer issues experienced while analysis

• Work closely with the key stakeholders of the product and improve the quality of the product

• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the team

Skills required

• Strong analytical/logical bent of mind and common sense

• Ability to work in a highly challenging startup environment by maintaining high standards of accuracy in terms of quality & quantity

• Strong ownership and accountability for the work assigned

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good Time/Project management skills

• Ability to analyze data quickly to reach relevant insights

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

• Ability to handle extreme pressures

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)
