Responsibilities

• Report to Global Head of Corporate Responsibility
• Work directly with the CR team on all internal and external initiatives
• Collaborate across the organization on all CR data and reporting requests
• Work with global reporting team and global tech team where needed on all things ESG data related
• Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of data, data analysis and documentation for all CR initiatives
• Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc performance and risk analysis reports for CR initiatives, ESG reporting, regulatory reporting
• Monthly review of MSCI ESG data against flagship strategies for review as a team
• Generating analytical reports to support corporate decisions and initiatives
• Support all ESG data consumption & analysis focused on, but not limited to our Net Zero Asset Managers Initiative and UNGC commitments

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in quantitative/data analyst role
• Fluency/Familiarity with MSCI data
• Degree holder in finance/statistics/computer studies or related disciplines
• Good understanding of portfolio analysis including performance methodologies, risk analytics and quantitative models
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel & PowerPoint
• Conversant with common financial information systems such as Bloomberg, Aladdin, Port+, Factset and Wilshire IQ
