Sr. Analyst- Business Analytics

To develop and maintain Supply chain oriented robust business analytical solutions (analytical reports & dashboards) covering Demand & Supply Planning, Orderbook, Backlog, Inventory, Shipments, invoices, performance metrics(internal/ Customer), etc. You will need to work very closely with the various Supply Chain operations verticals, summaries the customer requirements, document the same, build report prototypes, validate and publish to the operational team as per customer schedules. Simplify, standardize and automate these reports and create/ update repositories. You should have hands-on experience in analytical tools and database, supply chain terminologies and metrics workouts.

Expertise & Responsibilities

• Good hands on experience in Data Integration, Data Editing and Error Checking & reporting.
• Should be able to work closely with team members and support them for data analysis and reporting skills. Develop Analytics solutions for Global Supply Chain across Business units
• Adept at managing system and data changes including interest in understanding technical data sources
• Proven process improvement skills with natural curiosity and keen to understand how things work.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated individual able to function effectively when working independently or in a team
• Experience in reporting, data mining, and ad hoc analysis
• Excellent listening, verbal, and email communication skills
• Around 3-5 years of experience in handling various clients with a good understanding of Supply chain concepts & parameters.

Desirable skills:

• Understand how to plan and manage different products and supply chain planning scenarios. Master SCM functions, usability, customization, and master data parameters.
• Supply Chain Management concepts and industry specific expertise
• Skills:
• Good knowledge in MS Access & Excel, SQL queries, BI tools and Power utilities.
• Knowledge of forms & workflows
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP system & Salesforce
• Sharepoint knowledge
• Good Analytical, communication & problem solving skills, Team player
• Education: Engineering graduate
• Experience: 5-7 yrs
