• Developing design pattern and reusable components for Content Library integration (e.g. separate page from content) and related processes
• Improve frontend performance
• Develop migration and transformation approaches
• Create personalization components
• Improve Component Libraries
• Analyzing processes and making proposals regarding process re-engineering and IT solutions.
• Responsible for realization and implementation of required IT solution, including testing, training and SLA.
• Drive solution design as a recognized Expert, to meet business requirements, recognizing the impact on inter-related systems.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of related technology areas for specific domain. Adhere drive improvements to standards, guidelines process.
• Work in scrum teams for realization of E2E technology solutions.
• Builds active networks with key contacts in and outside Philips to keep abreast of new developments/insights in own areas of expertise.
• Business process re-engineering and deployment of IT solutions, knowledge of a specific business process and infrastructure.
• Understands the business impact of different solutions, and can assess and communicate the trade-offs between business needs, technology requirements, costs and risk.

• Minimum a Bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, IT management or a related discipline with IT focus.
• > 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis with strong preference of relevant experience in the domain of front end.
• Proven track record in creating complex IT implementation projects integrating across multiple enterprise level platforms and technologies.
• Relevant experience with Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks, DevSecOps methodologies, Lean principles continuous improvement mindset.
• A solid understanding of eCommerce and Digital Marketing landscape, sufficiently strong level of business acumen of the domain.
• Understanding of security, risk, and compliance management processes in the context of IT solutions delivery.
• Self-driven, motivated, and able to independently lead towards results.
