Your responsibilities

• Translates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.
• Support Intake business requirements and deliver Solution Design together with BPO, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, Project Manager and other key stakeholders
• Develop user stories (both functional and system operational requirements), maintain product backlog and work with stakeholders on process automation solutions.
• Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product.
• Contributing to the development of technical solution acceptance criteria.
• Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
• Ensure and support for seamless technological support for business operations (during MEC & Non MEC) whenever needed.
• Drive business process harmonization using industry best practices and standards to drive transformation projects like Touchless Close and other standardization &Automation projects.
• Should be able to look beyond the current scope of work and be able to propose newer IT business propositions to stake holders and recommend innovations to platform providers.
• Responsible to support UAT and testing of functionality.
• Responsible to support on Regulatory and compliance aspects of the project.
• Taking care of Digital team performance, KPIs and targets
• Stakeholder Management: Stakeholders from finance & non finance Understanding their expectations and delivering their needs
• Participates in various x-BG/Sector/Market Finance improvement projects. Understands systems and tools. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.
• Project Management Manage multiple projects through SCRUM and keeps track of Projects backlogs and ensure follow ups regarding delivery.
• Proactively work on initiatives to bring in more insights on relevant financial issues to the attention of finance Leadership through

Design and model of processes

• Collaborate with business teams to identify the pain points in the process and provide innovative solution and support within the Finance area, and ensure implementation of the suggested solution.
• Set up and engage network of Subject Matter Experts connected to specific process domain(s)
• Responsible for the design of the Automation solution projects and Analytics through AI and ML.
• Drive process standardization and automation across Finance process, including Infosys, the Global Hub, the regional hubs and the markets
• Collaborate with IT and EIM to drive selection design and configuration of right technology and data solutions in line with the business requirements
• Drive tool specific change management and ensure adherence to the changed solution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the Finance domain to achieve end-to-end process Automation
• Ensuring performance improvement on operational commitments including efficiency, through continuous improvement and close Infosys cooperation
• Own E2E Automation solutions in Finance, there by drive

• Identification of Business case
• Support of SIT and UAT
• Handover the automated process to COE s
• Provide targeted savings

Execution of initiatives

• Lead or support process/capabilities implementation projects and ensure processes/capabilities are implemented as designed from technology point of view
• Mapping new contractual arrangements into operational solutions and ways of working.
• Collaborate and drive the right learning interventions and User Learning Journeys consistent with overall Philips approach and behaviors.
• Facilitate learning (competency development) and support end user documentation
• Being a change agent by clarifying the linking impact of the new solutions and ways of working including the IT, data, people, process solutions.
• Strong in project management, presentation skills, communication, and working with teams

Monitor and Optimize

• Execute capability maturity assessment, translate these into business (process) requirements and prioritize
• Drive adoption and continuously monitor process performance, analytics and identify opportunities for improvement (level 4-7)
• Collect and review process change and improvement proposals from the organization, bring forward relevant change proposals to the lead BPOs, support local improvements where necessary
• Collect, document and share best practices from the transformations for re-use in next projects and into overall PEPF.

Education background

• Bachelor or Master s degree in a Business Economics, Finance and/or Accounting orientated study. CA/CPA/ICWAI/MBA Finance preferred .
• 5 to 7 years of working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within an international environment
• Advanced technical & analytical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint Experience with reporting & analytical tools SPSS, Business-Intelligence environments, SQL, etc. and visualization tools like like Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.
• Strong affinity with LEAN processes and tools
