Profile : Finance Data Analyst (4+ Years)

Shift : US Shift (Starts at 7 PM)
Main
– Any degree in Finance, 4 plus years of experience working in a similar role within FMCG
– Advanced Analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
– Expert user of Excel (VBA, financial modelling are a plus)
– Strong software skills (SAP, BW, Word, PowerPoint, Data analysis tools)
– Ability to compile, interpret and report on information on a wide range of topics
– Ability to work closely in a matrix structure and adjusting for US time zone (EST).
– Must possess proficient ability to communicate in English in oral and written format
– Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive business partner
– Excellent time managing skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
– Exceptional attention to detail.
Role :
– Develop dashboards and analytics on Operations, Sales- and Marketing
– Work with the IT department to automate key reports and- key activities within Finance
– Report and Analyze PSO metrics for improvements- (Production reports, Manufacturing variances, Labor, Distribution- )
– Develop analytics around sales to track hygiene and- quality of billing
– Performing COGS, Inventory, ATL and BTL analysis to- drive superior ROI
– Ensuring master data accuracy and governance in SAP for- all critical financial data
– Developing governance metrics
– Create financial models to support decision making
– Supporting Budgeting and forecasting process
– Deep diving into product and distribution costs to find- cost savings opportunities
– Generating relevant insights from business data that- could be helpful to managers
