JOB SUMMARY:
This role is a Data Scientist in our Enterprise Data and Analytics group. This position will require development of new application functionality as well as maintenance and support of source code for the
Polaris data platforms. You must be familiar with SQL to implement data integration and Python / R language to implement machine learning algorithms.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze, design, build, query, troubleshoot and maintain Machine learning algorithms developed
- in Python/ R
- Design and develop data integration using SQL, Azure data factory and Snowflake
- Build reports/ dashboard using Power BI
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Must have worked on the below services and have good hands-on experiences.
- Preferably Python if not R language
- Have good exercise on building regression, classification, clustering models
- Have experience in Deep learning/ Neural network
- Azure data factory
- Azure data lake store, Azure Blob container and Snowflake
- Strong SQL
- Prior experience of working on Data warehousing/ BI projects/ Data (ETL) projects
- Power BI development experience
Not must but good to have skills,
- Work experience ofVision-relatedd machinelearning applicationsn is an added advantage
- Knowledge of other Azure Data services is plus
- .Net language exposure is plus
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent/ Masters degree in Statistics orMachine learningg/Data Science
