Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects
- which should result in accurate analysis, faster decision making while maintaining
- data security.
- ∙Transform the reporting and visualization platform (currently on Power BI) to be
- world-class.
- ∙Becoming a thought partner for front-end teams as an SME on reporting and
- visualization.
- ∙Ensure front-end visualization are captivating and would call for action, enabling
- leaders to make the right decisions at a fast pace.
- ∙Managing the MSBI development team of 15-20 people
- ∙Make the backend architecture agile and use efficient data warehousing and ETL
- techniques to optimize cost.
- ∙Drive top-line growth for the company by improving conversion of deals through
- better qualification and more information to base decisions on.
- ∙Work very closely with Sales, Investment, and Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance
- and HR teams to understand business requirements, and help build the appropriate
- reporting structure to meet those requirements.
- ∙Present to senior leaders of the company as you build a state-of-the-art visualization
- platform for Reporting and Analytics.
- ∙Set up end to end real-time interactive dashboard for the company, with a great
- understanding of the business requirements and domain knowledge, with the
- expectation that we push the boundaries way beyond what’s being done today.
- ∙Collaborate with multiple teams to drive business outcomes with speed.
