Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad

Designation  : Business Analyst – Product

•  Understand business needs and explain needs properly to both dev/QA staff, as well as stakeholders
• Conduct in-depth research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new effective solutions are feasible
• Write core business requirements, and translate business requirements into Feature files for easy customer adoption and coding
• Manage messaging formats and flows between systems
• Understand application dependency and model
• For Execution Management, ability to coordinate analysis work between many teams.
• Bring in fresh ideas to make improvements
• Extensive experience in a Business Analysis 
• Experience in Scrum/Agile environment and test-driven development experience
• Very strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• BI and Java knowledge will be a plus
• Fintech industry experience will be preferred 
• Good knowledge of Excel, PPT and reporting
•   Excellent analytical skills with ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders
