We are hiring Business Analyst Payer for a US based company located in Hyderabad/Chennai
Hands on experience as Business Analyst. Attend requirement gathering meetings , document use cases & BRD , give walk throughs to dev & QA teams
Must have:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Good understanding of health care payer /provider/ claims business
- Good knowledge of payer domain
- Expertise in requirement gathering & documentation
- Good communication skills to interact with business & stake holders
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the basic ETL process and tools
- Knowledge SQL, PL/SQL and shell scripting
- Experience in data mapping , queries, RTM, Customer communication
- Ability to create business requirement and functional specifications documents
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Health-care domain experience will be an added advantage
- Exposure to Scrum delivery would be an added advantage
- Should be able to work with minimal guidance, and take ownership of the delivery
