Position: Business Analyst

We’re seeking for an engineer interested in the business analysis field to monitor different operational metrics and to find areas of opportunity in the daily operational processes in our business unites in Texas.

About the company:
MD Medical Group is a network of primary care Medical Offices located in the US. Our team in Mexico provides remote support to ensure the correct functioning of our offices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible monitoring daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly operational metrics for different purposes

• Collaboration in due diligence projects related to the company ´s growth plan

• Data mining to create studies and reports for different departments on the company

• Manage database automatic reports

• Support on operational and financial forecast and budget activities

• Participate on other administrative tasks and ongoing projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred)

• Proficient in English (speaking and writing)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced in Excel)

• Good analytical and planning skills

• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to adapt to change quickly

• Excellent presentation skills

• Critical thinking and decision-making
