Customer Service Agent Requirements: ONLY NIGHT SHIFT

1. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Higher secondary school or equivalent
3. Basic computer skills

• Knowledge of Amadeus preferred.
• Work in utmost best work environment
• Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from US Customers.
• Google Campaign Calls & Meta Camp. (US domestic/International
• Follow up with customers and clients for existing reservations.
• Sell/cross-sell travel related services (Flights, Travel packages)
