• Establish a trusted relationship with our enterprise data governance, technology and data services teams to ensure cross-pollination of enterprise tools and new solutions our team develops

• Use full stack data engineering experience to identify new solution opportunities, improve existing solutions and expand our ability to build and support a variety of BI and data visualization tools such as QlikSense , Juypiter Notebooks, PowerBI , SQL, Python, Tableau, Looker, etc.

• Execute d eep dive analyses on large datasets or existing solutions using SQL/R/Python or other tools to modernize and move to cloud-based solutions.

• Build cross-functional relationships with Data Scientists, Strategists, Product Managers, Software Engineers, Architects and leaders in GCSC to understand data needs and deliver on those needs.

• Build and and launching of new data models , solutions and data pipelines in production.

• Ensure the work you and your team delivers meets or exceeds data governance standards.

• Design and deliver high impact applications, dashboards and data visualization tools.

What you need to bring:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, BI and/or Data Warehousing. CI/CD experience preferred.

• Hands on experience with SQL or similar language, plus fluency in at least one scripting language (Python preferred).

• Ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.

• Excellent communication skills across varying business, data and technical stakeholders

• Excellent project management skills and experience in an agile delivery environment.

• Experience in data visualization tools like Qlik, Looker, Tableau, etc

• Good understanding of Cloud Platform(GCP Preferred)

• Hands on experience in Looker custom extension Framework
