Your Impact

• Help analyze the monthly Cash transactions and categorize them into appropriate buckets (Collections, Vendor Payments, Payroll etc.)

• Provide support in maintaining the Cash Flow forecast model

• Gather and analyze data to solve problems and evaluate scenarios and support

• decision making

• Interpret results using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to complex data analysis

• Deliver monthly/quarterly quantitative and qualitative analysis of the financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted

• Communicate effectively with team and business partners to build relationships and present actionable and insightful recommendations

• Benchmark and drive improvements in operational metrics

Your Experience

• CA or MBA with bachelor s degree in accounting

• 5 or more years of related experience in FP&A in a large US MNC

• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with understanding of software, appliances and/or internet industry business models; experience with direct cash flow models is desired

• Strong team player with effective communication skills and high EQ

• Comfortable working with high level guidance and independently building working action plan

• Experience with and/or a willingness to master various financial systems, including SAP, SAC, BPC, Tableau, and other BI tools

• Ability to multitask, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced

• environment

• Promote teamwork and collaboration

• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
