Roles and Responsibilities
• We transform data form various sources such as MongoDB, Excel, Third party API to SQL using Azure Data factory.
• Design destination relational data model based on source No-SQL model
• Design Azure data factory pipeline for transforming data
• Develop Data transformation pipelines including custom pipelines using custom code to transform data efficiently and effectively
• Perform Data Governance activities such as clean up, reconciliation, backup, and archival
• Develop required stored procedures to complete pipeline activities
Desired Candidate Profile
• Technical degree at least 4+ years of IT experience
• Minimum 3 year of experience in Data Engineering which includes custom data transformation
• Good hands on experience with Azure Data Factory and SQL
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Python/Dotnet to perform custom transformation
• Good understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB would be added advantage
