Must Have
Management Degree
3+ years’ work experience
Worked on client projects as Business Analyst
Requirement gathering, Requirement documentation, User Story writing
salesforce project experience
Understanding of project Lifecyle, delivery models
Demo / Training experience – to internal or external clients
Strong knowledge in at least one industry domain – Life Sciences, Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Retail
Use of Office Tools – ppt, excel, word
Nice to Have
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Community Cloud experience
Admin Certification or more
Participated in projects involving consulting/advisory role
Demonstrate strong knowledge of any industry process – e.g., Customer Service, Sales Management, Field Service, Quote to Cash, Claims Processing
Solution Development
Has led a team
Business Development, PM activities
Articles, POV, Case Study
Use of Visio, Create Process maps
Stakeholder Management
