Linux Python/Tomcat

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, Administrations and strong hands-on experience on Apache Tomcat Hands on experience in Installation Configuration Troubleshooting of Apache Tomcat servers in Linux environment Experience in High availability configurations Patch Management, Fixes and coordination with other teams to resolve issues Good Experience on performance tuning of servers wrt heap, thread, GC and connection pools This role will require you to work in rotational shifts.
• Performing high level of log analysis which can help application team to understand the error and perform application tuning
• DB AWR analysis to help application team to identify the sql which require proper performance tuning

• Python programmer – (Knowledge on oops concept), Automotive domain working experience
• Strong experience in Python with Object Oriented programming
• Verification & Validation (System testing / HIL)

Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs

Automatization of Red Hat based Linux infrastructure in a hetrogen environment

Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments

Monitor platforms from an availability, security and performance aspect

Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions, CA

Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers

• Monitoring & Tracking, reviewing the progress of an incident and keeping the customer informed
• Apache Tomcat Administration, Python, basic Unix knowledge

Project Role Description:

• Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end platform management and monitoring. Proactively monitor, manage, and report on execution of deliverables.
• JSP servlet, Open Shift, Kubernetes, 24×7 support experience
• Good Communicator and proactive approach to daily activities. Problem solving attitude Participate in code reviews.
• Specify questions or concerns including by members across the team. Rotational Shifts

Must Have Skills:Apache Tomcat Administration, Python, basic UNIX knowledge
