Roles and Responsibilities
We have an urgent opening in Tech M for Tech BA (Business Analyst) for CP2A
CP2A – Customer Profitability and Performance Management Application is an in-house developed application use by BNPP WM Finance for computing Client and RM performance indicators/KPI. The application was developed in technology stack: PL/SQL, Java and BOInfo. CP2A application consist of a Batch module (for business rule processing), UI module and reporting module.
Functional & Behavioral Competencies
Minimum 7years relevant experience as Business Analyst working on financial institution preferably Wealth Managment related with IT knowledge.Functional domain knowledgeand experience in Profitability and Performance management application, e.g. calculation of Net New Cash, AUM, Revenue, etc for Client, Relationship Manager and Management.Technical experiencein PL/SQL and Java, Database deisgn, Batch processingHas the ability to understand, explain and support change.Client focused/Critical thinker and has ability to synthesize and simplify.Ability to anticipate business/strategic evolutionAbility to collaborate/teamworkMust have good organization skillsOn Communication, must have the following traits:o Good oral & written skills.o Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting / committeeA good team player with problem-solving attitude.Analytical and precise: Capacity to challenge the solution to propose a more efficient one.Multi-tasking: ability to accommodate concurrent projects and is self motivated.Apply Here
