Senior Analyst
Your responsibilities
• Actively participate in driving best (data)-practices across DDS.
• Support the delivery of E2E solutions through Data/Insights/Reporting projects to generate value
for our team/stakeholders (including appropriate documentation and quality assurance)
• Build effective and efficient reports and dashboards using best practice visualisation techniques.
• Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities to our existing reporting and data
assets (including identifying incidents, issues and risks)
• Build partnerships with stakeholders to understand their business and goals to optimise outcomes
and become a trusted advisor in order to facilitate and drive fact-based action
• Manage analytics projects based on required strategic outcomes, available data and desired
analytical approach, ensuring that projects are delivered within deadlines
• Assist in the discovery and exploration of new sources of data to improve understanding of
product, channel and customer
• Deliver relevant and value added strategic and tactical analytics and report in an accurate and
timely manner
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders using appropriate techniques,
employing commercial acumen to communicate analysis to a variety of audiences
• Actively participate in building an open and engaged team environment

• Flexible approach and able to deal with
change and develop new ways of working to

• Solid experience in developing reports and
insights, test hypothesis, organise, and
synthesize large amounts of data from
various sources to drive value
• Solid ability to independently perform
technical & business analyses and assess
the accuracy and suitability of outcomes
Your qualifications
• Formal experience and/or training in SQL
• Min. Undergraduate of Technical degree
B.E. or B.Tech. OR
• 2-4 years of relevant experience and an
equivalent or post-graduation degree in:
– Computer Application
– IT
