About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Intern. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various administrative tasks, data management, and support functions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Management:
Accurately input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
Documentation:
Prepare, organize, and file documents efficiently.
Assist in creating and updating process documentation.
Communication:
Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the team.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Research:
Conduct research on specific topics as assigned.
Summarize findings and present information clearly.
Quality Assurance:
Perform checks on data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
