Job Location: Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi / NCR

As a Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in driving growing our games & mobile apps engagement and retention metrics. You will be collaborating with Developers, Designers & Growth Marketers. Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, lead or manage teams, and have an understanding of engagement tools like Tenjin or AppsFlyer. Roles and Responsibilities

• Run PPC campaigns, including social media, search, programmatic, and display, to generate and convert leads.
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Implement Pay Per Click media strategies & Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
• Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
• Monitor and improve our search engine optimization and performance to ensure it is seen by the right audience in the right place.
• Collaborate with others in the Mobile Publishing Marketing team to ensure that campaigns are integrated across the full marketing mix.
• Identify new ad publishing and delivery tactics, technologies, and trends – running experiments to refine our advertising effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience of 1-2 years of managing digital campaigns for an established company
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Advanced knowledge of ad self-service platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns
• Experienced in managing a budget and maximizing return on investment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Able to explain complex data and results in a clear and accessible way
• Experience in campaign delivery in the games industry would be advantageous
