Job Location: Bangalore
We are now looking for a System SW Engineer – Automotive Data Communication. NVIDIA is hiring experienced s/w engineer to work in Automotive Platform Architecture team. Ideal candidate will have very strong programming skills, a good grasp of HW & SW Architectures, a solid exposure to Automotive Data bus systems such as CAN, FlexRay and Automotive Ethernet.
What you’ll be doing:
- Development & bring-up of Automotive Bus systems (Ethernet, CAN, FlexRAY…) on NVIDIA DRIVE Platform
- Develop safety compliant (ISO26262) system software for NVIDIA Drive solution for autonomous vehicles
- Drive complex technical issues to closure by collaborating with teams from all around the globe
What we need to see:
- BS/MS or equivalent working experience.
- 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and scripting skills in Perl, Python, etc.
- Proven automotive industry experiences with vehicle ECUs, CAN, FlexRAY, Automotive Ethernet, etc.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and strength with complex system-level debugging
- Proactive and self-motivated.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Familiarity with AUTOSAR and knowledge of functional safety standard methodologies
- Experience with Micro Controllers such as Aurix, ARM-R52
