– Supporting All aspects of SCCMIntune viz. Software Distribution, Patching, Client Remediation, Baselines Custom Reports

– Exposure on MS Intune and troubleshooting Issues with Intune and autopilot

– Working on SCCM client installation, remediation and preparing compliance reports

– Working on incidentsequests and tasks pertaining to custom reporting, Application deployment, patching and other sccm issues

– Ability to manage different types of customers and their needs.

– Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal

– Act as a coordinator on bridges and collaborations

– Act as a point of escalataion and drive small project type engamements

– Create ad hoc reports and basic understanding of MS Excell and office tools.

– Own issues and drive them to closure.
