• Facilities Management Skillset
• Provides Enterprise Business and tactical planning and delivers relevant, consistent and timely internal communications to engage a wide variety of stakeholders to advance the goals and priorities as per projects with PM’s.
• Presentable, can effectively present the project status in front of senior stakeholders, take notes, ensure process adherence.
• Support IT leadership vision forward and ensure effective communications and reporting of progress across multiple teams & key stakeholders
• Working experience in fast paced project delivery environment, where he/she led from the front often, ensuring projects were delivered in line with success criteria.
• Experience of effective coordination a team of program/project managers
• Worked with stakeholders across multiple business units/geographies where they coordinated and held work stream owners to account on delivery
• Drove global communication about projects (including that on company’s social networking site)
• Developed a process to streamline data collection from projects and to track deliverables
• Involved in process optimization through periodic process reviews, identifying and sharing best practices, 360- degree feedback, etc.
• Familiar with ITIL/PMO methodologies.
• Working knowledge on type of project handling methods i.e Agile, scrum , waterfall etc. Support Window 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | 5 days Qualifications
• BCA, B-Tech in Computer science or IT or equivalent
• Expert in MS Excel, MPP ,PowerPoint presentations
