• 2 years IT experience across multiple technologies in the enterprise software space, agile methodologies, integration architecture and patterns performing the job duties described above, independently or under the direction of Senior Leadership
• 1-2 years experience with chatbot performing the job duties described above, independently or under the direction of a Senior leadership
• 3 years of experience on Microsoft Bot framework
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure Chatbot infrastructure setup (App Services, LUIS, QnA, Cosmos DB)
• Experience in C# language is required
• Experience with modern programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, ReactJS, etc
• Working experience in Agile methodology is a plus
• Working experience in developing the Power BI reports is a plus
• Ability to solve complex technical problems via the application of solution/design thinking
• Ability to manage daily work efforts and thoughtful escalations
• End-to-end technical experience in design, engineering, testing, dev ops, support
• Practical AI/cognitive and machine learning domain knowledge preferable
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
