• W2 Contract, 12 Months
• Location: Hybrid schedule with Tuesday as core day onsite in Oakbrook Terrace, IL
• Local candidates only

Responsibilities/Overview

• Looking for an individual to support a multi-year advanced communication program which is currently being deployed. The contractor would support ComEd managers.
• This individual will responsible for the below responsibilities within the program
• Program management, help develop PowerPoints and Power BI reporting tools as well execution of fiber deployment.
• Program management for use cases- Developing Power BI dashboard and reporting structure on how to combine and showcase metrics.
• Support change management- work with cross functional teams utilizing Prosci methodology.
• REACTS Program ,deploying advanced communications.
• Systems will touch all of ComEd
• Manager programs for team and drive actions.
• Program Management, execution of fiber deployment and develop Power point and power BI reporting tools, metrics and progress in program.
• Visualize data and pull data from other organizations within the company
• Use cases, develop power Bi Dashboard, showcase metrics and support Change Management
• Be collaborative and work with cross functional teams.
• PROSIGN methodology to support change, non-traditional data captures, incremental construction work, ex. poles installed, mileage constructed.
• Collaborate with orgs to compile work that has been done.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools, i.e. Power BI.
• Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with engaging and collaborating with multiple teams across an organization.
• Ability to bring different teams together.
• Must have either PROSCI or CCMP certification

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• PMP
