Key responsibilities

As a Business Analyst – IT Support, your primary responsibility will be to provide the best IT Service possible to our users and to work proactively to improve current solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

• 2nd level of On-Site IT support

• Expert Level IT Troubleshooting related to applications, hardware, network, and software issues.

• Manage Common IT infrastructure services (PCs, tablets, mobile phones, Network, storage, backup, data centre, RSA, IPT/telephone, VCON etc.)

• Management of Hub Room and Server Room

• Manage Inter office Connectivity and P2P link

• Ensure Meeting Room Infrastructure in up and Running

• Racking and Staking of servers and switches

• Security patching on servers and clients

• Commissioning and decommissioning of IT Equipments

• Imaging of laptop

• E-waste Management

• Live Stream Hosting

• Flexibility to work outside normal working hour on need basis

• Setup and maintain IT equipment in meeting rooms.

• Setup and maintain workstations, printers and other IT equipment.

• User administration.

Your responsibilities can change over time and you will be provided with appropriate training and courses if necessary.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you hold the IT-Supporter education or knowledge gained by obtaining a similar position.

• 5+ years of experience in IT

• Good experience with multi location IT Infrastructure management and support

• Experience in general LAN/WAN, Storage, Security, Server

• Experience in Inter office Connectivity and P2P Links

• Knowledgeable about ITIL and ITSM-Tool like ServiceNow

• Good technical competencies and troubleshooting skills.

• Open mind-set, open to learning and applying new skills, well structured, and a desire to take initiative and additional responsibility.
